Africa

The continent of Africa is rich in mineral deposits boasting some of the largest gold deposits in the world. Because modern exploration techniques have only recently been utilised in African countries there is still significant potential for new world-class deposits to be found.

In the last few years Kenex has completed prospectivity models for iron oxide-copper-gold mineralisation (IOCG) in Namibia, Zambia and Ghana. We are now planning a review of our existing models covering Namibia and Zambia in order to upgrade these models with newly available digital data.  As part of this review Botswana will also be modelled using newly acquired data over this country. These models will be undertaken on a continental scale and will be ideal for explorers who are looking to discover new IOCG deposits or to prioritise existing prospects.
